Job summary

Reece Group in Sydney is seeking a Sales Support/Project Coordinator to assist Onsite management in delivering end-to-end supply solutions for commercial builders, developers and plumbers. This role focuses on customer service, order processing, and coordinating deliveries and project tasks.

You will maintain stock levels, liaise with suppliers on pricing, manage after-sales requests and contribute to a high-performing team aligned with Reece values.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone enquiries from customers.
• Process customer requests for delivery or release of orders for next day dispatch.
• Provide prompt responses on stock availability and technical information.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability.
• Log and follow up after-sales requests.
• Maintain stock levels in line with Onsite procedures.

• Processing and exporting mining orders.
