Job summary

Ming Yang Smart Energy Group in Melbourne is seeking a Market Development professional to drive market planning and business development across Australia. You will identify potential markets, secure customer resources, and formulate strategic plans to meet annual and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Market planning and business development to identify and penetrate potential markets and customer resources.
Formulate targeted market strategies and action plans to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with PLN, EPC contractors, developers, utility companies, agents, and other key stakeholders, exploring project opportunities.
Track regional sales progress in line with annual sales goals, provide regular reporting, collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to support sales management improvement.
Oversee KPIs such as sales revenue, collection, and project delivery, proactively managing business risks to ensure timely payment recovery.
Collaborate with headquarters to promote brand awareness and build a strong local presence, enhancing visibility and reputation in the market.
