Job summary

Smart Energy Answers in Australia is seeking a commercially focused Head of Marketing & Growth to own the marketing function and drive measurable growth across residential and commercial sectors. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead internal teams and external partners to craft strategy, optimize channels, and build a high-performance engine for SEA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience.
• Senior marketing leadership experience.
• Strong digital and performance marketing capability.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Proven lead-generation experience.
• Experience with AI and automation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
• Lead residential customer acquisition and lead-generation performance.
• Develop a scalable marketing engine for SEA Commercial.
• Manage paid media, SEO, content, social, email and digital campaigns.
• Take ownership of website strategy, CRO and lead-generation performance.
• Lead SEO, AEO and emerging AI search strategies.
• Manage HubSpot marketing, automation, segmentation and attribution.
• Lead and develop internal marketing team members.
• Manage and hold external agencies accountable for performance.
• Coordinate PR, media, strategic partnerships and events.
• Develop customer case studies, thought leadership and lead magnets.
• Build SEA’s brand authority across residential and commercial markets.
• Support the growth of the CEO’s industry thought-leadership platform.
• Introduce AI and automation to improve marketing productivity and effectiveness.
• Establish clear dashboards and reporting around ROI, CAC, CPL, conversion and marketing-sourced revenue.
