Job summary

Focused on Care in Queensland seeks an experienced Workforce and Rostering Coordinator to lead the rostering team, forecast staffing needs and ensure roster accuracy for payroll and billing. The role involves working closely with HR and applying SCHADS award guidelines.

You will be responsible for reporting, capacity planning and agile collaboration to meet client needs across services in South-East Queensland.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in workforce management or rostering would be advantageous.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant awards and workplace guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rostering system and team to ensure efficient rosters.
• Forecast workforce requirements using data and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure workforce compliance.
• Ensure shifts align with payroll, billing needs and award requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for Senior Leadership.
