Job summary
Supported Care is recruiting a Rostering & Workforce Optimisation Specialist to lead a 6-month fixed-term project in Brisbane. You will redesign workforce planning, rostering, and analytics, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure compliant, efficient operations across disability and community services.
You will develop forecasting models and staffing strategies, implement AI-enabled rostering solutions, and build dashboards to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling or rostering.
- Strong understanding of SCHADS Award interpretation and workforce compliance.
- Experience developing workforce forecasts, staffing models and strategies.
- Advanced Excel, reporting and workforce analytics.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project management and change leadership.
- Experience with AI, automation or digital rostering solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a critical organisational improvement project focused on workforce planning, roster optimisation, compliance and analytics.
- Review current workforce and rostering practices and deliver sustainable planning solutions.
- Develop forecasting models and staffing strategies aligned to future demand.
- Introduce AI-enabled workforce planning and rostering solutions.
- Create dashboards, reporting frameworks and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance across SCHADS Award, Fair Work and NDIS.
