Job summary

Transport for NSW, via Sydney Trains, is seeking an experienced Program Planning Manager to lead the planning, development and prioritisation of major infrastructure programs in New South Wales. You will transform asset priorities into delivery-ready programs for a complex rail network.

Qualifications

Extensive experience planning and managing complex capital works programs.
Strong expertise across project lifecycle planning, scheduling, risk, resource and cost management.
Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience influencing diverse stakeholders in safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development and prioritisation of major infrastructure programs.
Drive governance and best-practice planning to balance safety, risk, cost and reliability.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Design, Engineering, Delivery and Network Maintenance teams.
Develop delivery-ready programs and projects to shape long-term network performance.
