Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of Australia’s rail infrastructure from our Sydney Head Office. You will oversee planning through completion, directing multidisciplinary teams, managing clients, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong safety focus.

You’ll shape delivery performance, build sponsor and stakeholder relationships, and drive commercial outcomes while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure or rail projects in a Project Manager role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts and client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, commercial performance and risk to achieve project objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-performing project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safety and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, project reporting and strategic planning to support successful project delivery.
