Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Transport Program Manager to lead highly complex rail infrastructure projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering, rail systems integration and major civil works across NSW, ensuring governance, safety, and quality are embedded throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage front-end development, investment assurance, and delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale rail, transport, or engineering.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder navigation.
• Experience with governance, safety, quality, and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex railway infrastructure program/projects from concept to commissioning.
• Drive front-end development, investment assurance and delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction and testing.
• Navigate multiple interfaces and delivery partners in a governance, safety and quality framework.
• Deliver results across scope, schedule, cost and quality while improving delivery practices.
