Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Asset Management for a fixed-term full-time role with Sydney Metro. You will influence asset renewal plans, balance lifecycle costs, risk and performance, and collaborate across planning, operations, engineering and finance to optimise the rail network.

Lead a small team and shape long-term asset strategies for major infrastructure assets, including track and tunnels, while ensuring alignment with whole-of-life objectives and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience delivering asset management decisions across whole-of-life asset lifecycle.
Proven ability to influence investment and renewal decisions across complex assets.
Strong collaboration across planning, operations, engineering, finance and strategy functions.
Balance performance, risk and cost in asset renewal and investment strategies.

Responsibilities

Shape long-term performance, sustainability and value of critical infrastructure assets.
Act as Asset Custodian to optimise whole-of-life outcomes and risk.
Provide expert advice on future asset strategies and asset lifecycle planning.
Lead a small team while engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.
