Job summary

Life Care in Adelaide seeks a Quality, Risk & Audit Manager to lead risk, quality and governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will embed risk management into everyday decisions and provide evidence-based advice to executives and the Board.

• Maintain and improve Enterprise risk management framework.
• Oversee internal audits and track corrective actions.
• Develop and manage risk reporting to executives and Board committees.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.

• Provide evidence-based guidance to support strategic decisions.
