Job summary

Liberty Community Connect is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Lead to oversee our quality management, risk, governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance frameworks. This role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement and audit readiness to ensure safe, high quality and accountable service delivery.

The Lead will develop a comprehensive Quality Framework, contribute to Risk and Governance development, and ensure compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in quality management, governance, risk management, compliance.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing quality, risk and governance principles.
• Ability to train employees across levels on Quality Management and Governance systems.
• Policy and procedure review and development experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication for high level reports and briefs.
• Qualifications in administration or equivalent experience.
• High level of customer service skills where applicable.
• Strong IT literacy and quick learning of organisation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Framework including accreditation.
• Contribute to Risk Management and Governance Framework development.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks.
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement across systems.
• Provide strategic advice and resources to Senior Leadership Team.
