ONCALL Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Quality, Systems & Audit Manager to lead quality, compliance, audit and safeguarding functions across the organisation. You will oversee audits, risk management, policy development and safety compliance on a national scale.

The role reports to the National Manager - Clinical Governance, Quality & Safeguards and focuses on improving accreditation performance and governance frameworks while driving continuous improvement across all services.

Qualificações

• Experience leading quality, audit or compliance teams.
• Knowledge of NDIS and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to develop policies and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal audit programs across operational departments.
• Coordinate external accreditation and compliance audits.
• Monitor compliance with NDIS and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Provide quality, compliance and risk reporting to Executives and the Board.
• Support the Board Audit & Risk Sub-Committee.
• Lead the national quality team and drive continuous improvement.
