The Hospital Research Foundation Group in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Governance Coordinator to strengthen governance, quality and safety across Client and Patient Services. You will provide practical oversight, embed robust governance processes and lead audits and reporting to support clinical excellence.

Qualificações

• Registration as a Nurse or Allied Health Professional with a current practising certificate (AHPRA where applicable).
• Experience in clinical quality, governance or a related role, ideally in community-based settings.
• Proven ability to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and accreditation preparation.
• Knowledge of clinical governance, health systems, and NSQH Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and ongoing improvement of the clinical governance framework.
• Develop and report on quality improvement, clinical safety and service evaluation initiatives.
• Monitor accreditation standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements and coordinate changes.
• Review policies to ensure currency, evidence-based practice and compliance.
• Analyse clinical, quality and risk data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead quality audits and translate findings into governance actions.
• Produce clear quality and accreditation reports for leaders detailing performance and risks.
• Coordinate clinical education and training linked to workforce needs.
