Life Care, based in Adelaide, is hiring a Quality, Risk & Audit Manager to lead enterprise risk, governance and assurance. You will embed risk management into decision-making and work with the executive team to connect regulatory obligations with operational realities and commercial outcomes.

You will drive the organisation’s quality frameworks, incident investigations and internal audit program, while leveraging data and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes for clients.

• Maintain and improve the risk framework across the organisation.

• Oversee quality systems, policies and initiatives for everyday practice improvements.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Manage risk-based audits and track corrective actions.
• Report key risks, gaps and improvement opportunities to executives and the Board.
• Analyse data to identify trends and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate teams to embed accountability.
