R.E Talent is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager for a well-established Australian strata and property services client. The role focuses on expanding the company’s industry presence, strengthening referral partnerships and generating new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates enjoy networking, building long-term professional relationships, and can work autonomously while engaging with strata management, real estate agencies and engineering firms.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the property sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to attend industry events and seminars.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business relationships with strata management companies, residential and commercial real estate agencies, engineering firms and property consultants.
• Canvassing for new clients, cold & warm outreach via LinkedIn, calls, emails etc.
• Building and maintaining a strong referral network to generate new business and project opportunities.
• Attending industry networking events, conferences and professional association functions.
• Organising and delivering educational seminars, presentations and workshops to prospective clients and referral partners.
• Arranging client meetings, site introductions and presentations alongside the internal technical and operations teams.
