LP StratiCo Design and Build in Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to leverage an established NSW strata network and drive new opportunities. You’ll cultivate relationships with strata managers and clients, converting introductions into qualified projects while supporting the growth of LP StratiCo’s strata division.

Qualifications

• Established strata client base in NSW.
• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Ability to convert relationships into opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Build on existing client relationships to introduce LP StratiCo to strata management.
• Generate opportunities for remedial and strata projects.
• Develop new relationships and expand LP's NSW presence.
• Navigate opportunities from introduction to tender and secured work.
• Act as liaison between clients and delivery team.
• Support client presentations and industry events.
• Maintain records of activity and pipelines.
