R.E Talent in Sydney is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our strata and property industry presence. You will develop relationships with strata management firms, real estate agencies and engineering consultants while driving new opportunities through networking and referrals.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and an autonomous, client-facing environment with direct collaboration with the CEO and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the strata/property sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with reaching out (cold and warm) via multiple channels.
• Autonomous, proactive and commercially minded.
• Existing network within strata, property or construction sectors is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business relationships with strata management companies and real estate agencies.
• Canvass for new clients via LinkedIn, calls and emails.
• Build and maintain a referral network to generate opportunities.
• Attend industry events and professional association functions.
• Organise seminars and workshops for prospective clients and partners.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams to present to clients.
