Miele is seeking a Business Development Manager - Projects in Hawthorn East to grow its presence in VIC's residential construction sector. You will build long-term partnerships with builders, developers and designers, driving product specification from concept through project completion.

The role combines relationship management with strategic sales, requiring strong negotiation, presentation and CRM skills. Hybrid work and regional travel support the position.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in business development or B2B sales in construction, property development, architectural specification or premium products.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence commercial outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and forecasting; familiarity with project lead generation tools is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow relationships with home builders, developers, architects and interior designers across VIC.
• Identify, influence and convert new residential project opportunities to drive specification of Miele products.
• Develop and execute business development plans to acquire builder partnerships and expand the project pipeline.
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions and regular business reviews with customers and strategic partners.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and customer information within CRM.
