Silverchain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our assigned workstreams within the Corporate & Enabling Services Program. You will define scope, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensuring timely, within-budget outcomes aligned to program objectives.

Formación

• Experience managing projects in complex environments with digital/experience including data and strategy, user experience design and web/application development.
• Significant experience leading HRIS, payroll, workforce technology or comparable enterprise transformation projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across systems, finance and operations.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, vendor delivery and transition to BAU.
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and Agile.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and work packages in line with the Project Initiation Document and governance framework.
• Define, baseline and control scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and monitor progress against milestones and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and expenditures with timely corrective action.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, dependency and change control registers and escalate where needed.
• Provide accurate reporting to program leadership on progress, financial position, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, SMEs, service providers and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
