Strata Results Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated IT Senior Project Manager with strong Dayforce (HCM) implementation experience to lead complex HR/payroll projects from initiation to closure. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management with hands-on Dayforce or HRIS/payroll implementations.
• Experience leading HR/payroll system transformations across multiple modules.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud HR platforms and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Engage stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, clients and vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
