Silverchain Group, a leading home care provider in Australia, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead HRIS, payroll and workforce technology initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams and partners to ensure complete and fit-for-purpose requirements across the project lifecycle.

The role is hybrid across WA/SA/VIC/QLD/NSW, with fixed-term 12-month engagement and salary packaging options. Prioritise process improvements and strong documentation practices.

Formación

• Experience as a senior or specialist Business Analyst delivering HRIS, payroll and workforce technology transformation.
• Deep understanding of HR, payroll and workforce processes and their interdependencies.
• Strong ability to elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis and definition of complex requirements across HRIS, payroll and workforce tech initiatives.
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment through design, build, testing and implementation.
• Lead current and future-state process analysis for standardisation and improvement.
• Provide guidance on HRIS, payroll and workforce processes to inform solution design.
• Challenge vendor designs to ensure they meet business needs and outcomes.
• Lead options analysis and develop recommendations on complex decisions.
