Job summary

Silverchain Group is a leading Australian home care provider seeking a senior Business Analyst to drive HRIS, payroll and workforce technology initiatives. You will work with senior stakeholders and vendors to define requirements, ensure traceability and guide design, testing and implementation across complex programs.

The role focuses on end-to-end BA delivery, process analysis, and delivering evidence-based recommendations to support major decisions in a not-for-profit care environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience translating complex HR, payroll and workforce needs into clear requirements.
• Proven ability to lead analysis across HRIS and payroll projects in large organisations.
• Experience partnering with vendors and managing requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and definition of complex HRIS, payroll and workforce requirements.
• Own the quality and traceability of requirements through design, build and testing.
• Lead current and future-state process analysis for simplification and standardisation.
• Provide specialist advice on HRIS, payroll and workforce processes and technology.
• Critically evaluate vendor designs to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Lead options analysis and recommendations on key decisions.
• Identify and resolve complex requirements, escalating as needed.
• Lead business acceptance including acceptance criteria and UAT readiness.
• Provide authoritative analysis to senior stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Promote high standards of business analysis practice.
