Job summary

Silverchain is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of an assigned workstream within the Corporate & Enabling Services Program. You will partner with the Program Director and stakeholders to manage scope, schedules, budgets and risks, delivering outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

This fixed-term, two-year, hybrid role is based in WA, SA, VIC, QLD or NSW. Salary packaging up to $18,500 tax-free plus health and wellbeing resources and everyday

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing projects within complex environments including digital/experience, data and strategy
• Significant experience leading HRIS, payroll, workforce technology or enterprise transformation projects
• Experience working with teams across systems, finance and operations
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, vendor delivery, implementation and transition
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and Agile
• Broad experience across the full system development life cycle, including brown field implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and work packages per the Project Initiation Document and governance framework
• Define and baseline project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resources
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and track progress against milestones
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and expenditures with timely corrective actions
• Maintain project risk, issue, action, decision, dependency and change control registers
• Provide timely reporting to program director, sponsor and governance groups on progress and forecast outcomes
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, SMEs, service providers and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
