Job summary

Talent International is seeking experienced Project Managers to join a major, multi-year digital transformation program focused on modernising critical technology systems and delivering enhanced digital services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead legacy system modernisation initiatives in a regulated environment, guiding complex technology projects from initiation to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation and legacy system modernisation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology transformation and modernisation projects.
• Oversee migration and transition from legacy systems to contemporary technology platforms.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, technical workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Establish effective project governance, reporting and assurance processes.
• Work with Product Owners, senior executives to achieve project objectives.
• Drive delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
