Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own a key HCM workstream as part of a major enterprise transformation. This hands-on role spans from program-level leadership to detailed execution, coordinating People & Culture, Enterprise Services, architecture, security, data, integration, and vendors to turn complex programs into clear, coordinated delivery.

You will mobilise, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive decisions to keep delivery moving, with hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex enterprise technology projects or transformations.
• HCM/HR technology experience is preferred.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex HCM workstream.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across People & Culture, Enterprise Services, architecture, security, data, operations and vendors.
• Establish delivery rhythms, governance and accountability from mobilisation through to implementation.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, decisions, controls and operational readiness.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed and delivery teams aligned.
