Job summary

Amazon is seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Third-Party Transportation team in Australia. You will manage relationships with External Delivery Service Partners and third-party carriers, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational excellence across our delivery network.

You will analyse KPIs, maintain SOPs, and support site launches with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or last-mile delivery operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with External Delivery Service Partners and third-party carriers.
• Lead partner performance reviews and drive improvement meetings with internal program teams.
• Oversee daily operations by monitoring delivery capacity and resolving issues.
• Analyse KPIs using Tableau, Perfect Mile, and carrier EDIs to identify trends and report to partners.
• Maintain and update SOPs and deliver training across the delivery network.
• Support carrier rate management including tracking surcharges and compliance.
• Manage onboarding for Delivery Associates and plan staffing for peak periods.
• Coordinate end-user equipment installation for new site launches and verify partner readiness.
