Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or last-mile delivery operation.
• MS Access and SQL experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects software.
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with External Delivery Service Partners and third-party carriers, acting as the primary operations point of contact.
• Lead partner performance reviews and drive improvement meetings with internal program teams.
• Oversee daily operations by monitoring delivery capacity against plans and ensuring scan compliance.
• Analyze KPIs using Tableau, Perfect Mile, and EDI systems to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain SOPs for partner operations and deliver training across the network.
• Assist with carrier rate management, including monitoring fuel surcharges and contractual compliance.
• Manage onboarding for Delivery Associates and coordinate partner system access.
• Support new site launches with end-user equipment installation and driver onboarding.
