Job summary

Amazon is seeking a talented and driven Program Manager to join our Third-Party Transportation team in Australia. You will manage and optimise the operational performance of External Delivery Service Partners and third-party carriers across the Amazon delivery network.

You will drive day-to-day operational excellence across existing sites and support new site launches as the network expands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, resolve escalations, and

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or last-mile delivery operation.
Experience using MS Access and SQL is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with External Delivery Service Partners and third-party carriers.
Lead partner performance reviews and drive improvement meetings with internal teams.
Oversee daily operations by monitoring capacity, scan compliance, and resolve issues.
Analyse KPIs using Tableau, Perfect Mile, and EDI tracking systems to identify trends.
Maintain SOPs and design training programs for the delivery network.
Support carrier rate management, including fuel surcharge mechanisms and compliance.
Coordinate onboarding of Delivery Associates and support site launches.
