PAL Lighting seeks an experienced Product Manager for Pool & Architectural Lighting in Caringbah, NSW. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to market, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver innovative lighting solutions.

You will analyse market needs, manage roadmaps, and define requirements and KPIs while collaborating across teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction in residential and commercial segments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in lighting, construction, home improvement, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of bringing products to market and managing portfolios from concept to maturity.
• Strong understanding of pool and architectural lighting applications and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with product management tools and Agile/Scrum/Lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation to translate insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electrical and lighting products.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute product strategies for pool and architectural lighting ranges.
• Oversee full product development cycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales for successful delivery and adoption.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage product roadmaps and prioritise features based on business objectives and feedback.
• Define specifications, requirements and success metrics with technical and design teams.
• Create and maintain product documentation including positioning statements and sales enablement.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Build relationships with key customers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Support sales and marketing with product training, demos and campaigns.
