Job summary

IPD Group Limited is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Emergency Lighting portfolio. You will own end-to-end product management, drive growth, and provide technical guidance to sales teams, suppliers, and customers.

Reporting to the Business Manager – Smart Buildings, you will shape strategy, monitor market trends, and ensure profitability while upholding safety and quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer or equivalent industry experience required.
• Experience in Product Management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the Emergency Lighting product portfolio.
• Drive market growth and competitive positioning.
• Lead product strategy, innovation, and portfolio profitability.
• Build and manage supplier partnerships, pricing, and supply.
• Support sales with tendering, training, and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across processes.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all activities.
