Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site or multi-team operations with standardisation focus.
• Proven capability in performance management and coaching in public sector.
• Experience designing or overseeing competency-based development/training.
• Knowledge of Queensland public sector employment instruments and DOJ policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Practice Manager group across all ODPP chambers.
• Drive standardised, efficient chamber operations across locations.
