Qualifications

  • Experience leading multi-site or multi-team operations with standardisation and accountability.
  • Proven capability in performance management, conduct processes and coaching in public sector or professional services.
  • Experience designing or coordinating competency-based development and training programs in multi-team environments.
  • Knowledge of Queensland public sector employment instruments and related directives.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice and Victims' Rights Charter in management contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Practice Manager group across all ODPP chambers.
  • Drive standardised, efficient chamber operations across locations.
  • Establish framework and practices for equitable and consistent outcomes.
  • Oversee case load allocation and court work distribution using data insights.
  • Develop strategies for workforce sustainability and resource management.
  • Champion digital-first practices using THEMIS and other tools.
