Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in case management of complex/high-risk individuals.
• Experience with risk management initiatives and therapeutic work.
• Knowledge of legislative frameworks and reporting requirements.
• Excellent written communication for reports and submissions on high profile cases.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and mentoring skills.
• A full and current driver's licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and case management across the CCS service stream.
• Provide advice on risk escalation, incident management and quality assurance practices.
• Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Work across the Brimbank Melton Region (Sunshine and Melton).
• Participate in the “on call” after hours Duty Director system.
