Job summary

Texture in Adelaide CBD is seeking a PMO/Program Analyst to support the Program Director in delivering objectives across the Technology portfolio. You will coordinate all program aspects, serve as the main communications contact, and collaborate with project managers to flag risks and opportunities while producing reports for senior stakeholders.

You will contribute to strategy implementation, participate in decision-making, and help maintain governance compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering technology/IT projects and programs with real examples.
Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks and issues across multiple projects.
Experience producing reports for senior stakeholders and Directors.

Responsibilities

Coordinating all aspects of the program and governance.
Serving as the primary point of contact for program communications.
Working with project managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects in the Technology portfolio.
Producing program reports for senior stakeholders.
Collaborating within the team to glean insights for reporting purposes.
Supporting implementation of overarching strategies and actions.
Contributing to decision-making and problem-solving.
Maintaining compliance with project methodologies and governance.
Coordinating project meetings and maintaining documentation.
Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing support for continuous improvement of project delivery.
