Job summary

MPAU Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs in Sydney. The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects and project managers, while developing governance frameworks and reporting to senior leadership.

You will drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, manage risks and budgets, and coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project and program governance.
• Experience across infrastructure, cyber, ERP or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
