Job summary

Aspen Pharma Australia is seeking an experienced IT PMO Coordinator to support a major technology transition program. This is a 2-year fixed term contract, on-site in Dandenong South.

You will own PMO disciplines, coordinate inputs, maintain program information, and ensure governance activities are completed to a high standard. The role requires strong PMO or technology program coordination experience, with a disciplined approach to planning, risk, and stakeholder management across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in technology PMO or program coordination.
• Strong integrated planning, governance, RAID management and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Capable of driving PMO discipline and ensuring current plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program plans, RAID logs, action registers and reporting.
• Coordinate program governance cadence and operating rhythm.
• Consolidate inputs across multiple technology workstreams.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and issues.
• Drive follow-up on actions and ensure closure.
• Prepare and maintain governance materials and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
• Support leaders with planning, reporting and governance.
• Maintain up-to-date program information across initiatives.
• Ensure consistent PMO processes across the technology program.
