MS Queensland is seeking a Philanthropy & Growth Lead to shape the future of giving and partnerships. You will build relationships with major donors, trusts, businesses, government and community partners to secure sustainable funding for programs, research and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, giving funds, businesses, government and community organisations.
• Excellent storytelling and communication with emotional intelligence and influencing capability.
• Track record of progressing opportunities and delivering results across major giving, grants, sponsorships or revenue-generating activities.
• Commercial insight and strong organisational capability with data and financial information to inform decisions.
• Autonomous, resilient and values-led with confidentiality.

• Identify prospective donors, funders and strategic partners.
• Nurture long-term relationships with personalized engagement, cultivation and stewardship plans.
• Develop persuasive proposals and submissions to secure investment in MS Queensland's programs and growth.

• Champion supporter engagement and demonstrate impact through reporting and updates.
