In this hybrid role, you’ll craft persuasive proposals, manage engagement plans, and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with major donors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective donors and strategic partners.
• Nurture long-term relationships with engagement, cultivation and stewardship plans.
• Develop persuasive proposals and submissions for funding.
• Create partnership opportunities with financial and in-kind benefits.
• Champion donor engagement and demonstrate impact with data and reporting.
• Collaborate with executives and teams to maintain ethics and confidentiality.
