Job summary

IBAC is seeking an Executive Director, Transformation and Reform to lead the organisation's enterprise-wide transformation. Reporting to the CEO, this role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and will shape the future-state vision and integrated roadmap, working with the CEO on operating model redesign and leading reform workstreams from concept to delivery.

• Accomplished executive with experience leading organisation-wide transformation in public sector integrity and oversight contexts.
• Strong understanding of government accountability frameworks and statutory complexity.
