Qualifications

• Proven experience in a performance management, business analysis, or continuous improvement role.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance frameworks, and cross-functional operations.
• Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled in interpretation of analytical KPI data.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Operations Management or a related field (MBA highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse daily reports of KPIs across departments.
• Partner with senior leaders to align metrics with objectives.
• Analyse operational data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead regular performance reviews and planning sessions.
• Investigate root causes of underperformance and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Agile.
• Analyse and report on performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support better business decision-making
