Job summary

Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture is seeking a senior Performance Strategy Consultant to lead engagements across the ANZ region. You will shape client solutions, influence high-level decisions, and drive measurable improvements in performance.

You will manage teams of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts, coach younger consultants, and ensure delivery with rigor, collaboration, and stakeholder management. Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic results.
• University degree or equivalent with strong emphasis on quantitative skills.
• MBA would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritise effort.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers.
