Job summary

Scyne Advisory Pty is seeking an experienced Director for Strategy and Performance Improvement. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across sectors, shaping strategic operating models and delivering tangible financial improvements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to define direction, drive revenue uplift and cost efficiencies, and manage high-stakes client relationships with a focus on sustainable value creation and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tier 1, boutique or mid-tier consulting in strategy, financial advisory or transformation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Lead complex engagements and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong financial analysis and business-case modelling skills, incl. revenue and cost.
• Experience redesigning operating models covering organisation, processes and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating insights into executive narratives.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
• Capable of coaching and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and collaborate with clients across industries to deliver engagements.
• Develop and deliver engagements from strategic operating model reviews to performance improvements.
• Identify revenue uplift, cost reduction, productivity and margin improvement opportunities.
• Create practical implementation roadmaps and track financial benefits.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and practice initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to design and present workshops, reports.
• Learn and grow by deepening consulting skills and industry knowledge.
