Chaos Industries is seeking a People Business Partner to join our HR team in Melbourne. You will think strategically and provide daily support across all levels of teams while partnering with engineering groups to enhance talent development and performance.

You will serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and engagements, collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience across multiple HR/People channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to enhance talent development and performance.
• Provide daily support across all levels of teams and act as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through growth.
• Coach and advise for best practices within the team.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and manage complex employee relations issues.
• Build data-driven and proactive processes to attract, grow and retain talent.
• Utilize people metrics to drive insights and decisions around growth and retention.
