Job summary

Spiire in Melbourne is seeking a People & Capability (P&C) Business Partner to join the people team. You'll partner with senior leaders across six Melbourne Business Units, coaching leaders and employees to elevate the employee experience.

You'll deliver practical and strategic guidance on people-focused initiatives, workforce planning, and leadership development, using data to inform decisions and align with Spiire's strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business partnering or P&C generalist role.
• Ability to use data to inform decision making.
• Familiarity with organisational development and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across your client group.
• Develop people initiatives to engage and inspire the workforce.
• Lead strategic initiatives around system enhancements.
• Provide thought leadership using insights and data.
