You will partner with leaders to solve complex people challenges and influence decisions across performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent management and remuneration & benefits.

You’ll provide practical advice, challenge thinking when required, and help build high-performing teams in a dynamic, safety-focused mining environment with a values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience advising on performance management and employment legislation.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and advisory capabilities.
• Balance business needs with compliance considerations.
• Experience developing cyclical people & culture programs.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Remuneration benchmarking and market analysis experience.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Comfort challenging leaders constructively.
