Job summary

Core Talent in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support a 200-employee workforce across Victoria and other regions. You'll partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives, drive engagement, culture, diversity and workforce planning under the Head of People & Culture.

This broad, hands-on role offers stakeholder engagement, employee experience focus, and opportunities to impact organisational culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR Generalist, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner position.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management matters.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice and support to leaders across multiple business units.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management and people leadership matters.
• Support grievance management, investigations and workplace issues.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employment practices remain compliant with current legislation and awards.
