Job summary

GenesisCare is seeking a Referral Engagement & Partnerships Manager to strengthen referral pathways, build high-value healthcare partnerships, and lead engagement initiatives across NSW. You will work with operational leaders, clinicians, referrers, and stakeholders to grow the NSW network and improve access to cancer care.

• Experience in healthcare partnerships or referral engagement.
• Strong network across healthcare networks including specialists, hospitals and referrers.
• Understanding of referral pathways and healthcare landscape.
• Ability to engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate market insights into growth initiatives.
• Experience developing strategic engagement plans with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute referral engagement and partnership strategies aligned to NSW growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with specialists, referrers, hospitals, health networks, providers, and stakeholders.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to develop local growth and engagement plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral pathways and expand GenesisCare's presence.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, networking events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support decision-making and planning.
• Analyse referral trends, market opportunities, and engagement outcomes for growth.
• Support specialist attraction and onboarding of new clinicians.
• Act as a trusted relationship partner across the network to foster collaboration.
• Manage engagement activities and investments to maximise ROI.
• Represent GenesisCare at industry events and healthcare forums.
