Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners is partnering with an established healthcare services organisation to recruit a Relationship Manager who will strengthen its professional referral network and drive business growth in Sydney.

You will build and maintain relationships with referral partners, coordinate events, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding partner experiences. This role offers autonomy to manage your schedule across Sydney with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management, business development or partnerships.
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital liaison or related professional services is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-standing professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Sydney.
• Manage an established network of accounts, driving engagement and long-term relationship growth.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations and stakeholder visits.
• Identify opportunities to re-engage existing partners and increase referral activity.
• Work with internal teams to ensure an excellent experience for external partners.
• Coordinate professional networking events, educational sessions and industry conferences.
