Responsibilities

• Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Managing the full sales and onboarding lifecycle from first conversation through to activation.
• Leading, coaching and supporting a high-performing onboarding team.
• Building strong relationships with clinic owners, healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
• Identifying and converting high-value opportunities within the market.
• Managing pipeline performance, forecasting and conversion metrics through HubSpot.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion outcomes.
• Representing the business at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Monitoring activation, retention and engagement to ensure long-term customer success.
• Providing commercial insights and market intelligence to support future growth strategies.
