Job summary

Kieser Australia is seeking a Medical Liaison for General Practice & Active Ageing in Sydney. You will develop territory strategies to grow medically referred patients, build strong referrer partnerships, and promote Kieser through events and education sessions.

You’ll spend significant time in the field, engaging with healthcare professionals, clinicians and internal teams to drive collaborative care pathways and improve patient outcomes. A proactive, communicative professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Valid driving license.
• Demonstrated work experience in healthcare sales, healthcare BD or referral relationship management.
• Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients.
• Build and maintain strong referring partner relationships.
• Convert prospective partners into active referrers to Kieser Sydney clinics.
• Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events, education sessions and networking.
• Spend a large portion of time in the field engaging with partners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with referrers, clinicians and internal teams.
• Identify and implement innovative partnership opportunities such as satellite clinics, hubs and case conferencing.
• Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example Health Funded Programs, ANC, HCP and Life.
• Manage and resolve partnership challenges while maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
• Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical and regional leaders.
